Electro Buses, Health Services, Development Projects: Maryam Nawaz Updates Punjab

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif met a delegation of National and Provincial Assembly members from Mianwali on Tuesday.

The delegation included Ali Haider Noor Khan, Obaidullah Shadikhel, Amanatullah Khan Shadikel, Adeel Abdullah Khan Rokhri, Malik Feroz Joiya, and Malik Sajjad Khan Bhachar.

During the meeting, assembly members appreciated the CM’s efforts to provide stipends to imams and free medicines in all government hospitals.

Maryam Nawaz highlighted key development plans, including extending cardiology services from Sargodha to Mianwali and initiating major projects in underdeveloped districts.

She also emphasized the Suthra Punjab Program, aiming to become the world’s largest waste management initiative, improving sanitation and city aesthetics.

The assembly members praised the introduction of public transport electro-buses in Mianwali, calling them a “miracle” for local residents and their daily commute.

Maryam Nawaz reaffirmed her commitment to accelerating public service delivery and ensuring even smaller districts benefit from large-scale development projects.
